I agree with maxswr, what he said is the only way I am now able to get the game to start without crashing doing a new install with darnUI. It will work fine and you should have the latest Darnified UI. Go to and copy the text into your fallout.ini from there. Don't copy the text from the site, that's in Russian. Here's the link for the latest Fallout 3 Darnified UI version: Yes it's in Russian, but if you translate the page and create an account it will let you download the file.
